Michael Herrmann, PSI Behavioral Health Consultant, was recently honored at the “Reach Out, Speak Up” Recovery Celebration. Michael received the Susan P. Esper Award for his activities involving the promotion of recovery in the area of substance abuse and behavioral health. Mike has devoted his entire career to helping people who have substance abuse and mental health issues. PSI is extremely fortunate to have Mike working as an educational consultant.
Jilian Krause, Preferred Systems’ Chief Marketing Officer, was recently appointed the public relations chair for the Baltimore Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). In this role, Jilian will be responsible for promoting NAWBO’s message in the Baltimore Community. The Baltimore Chapter of NAWBO hosts monthly networking events and provides its membership with education and business development opportunities through its Mastermind groups.

Preferred Systems, Inc. has engaged in an exciting new educational relationship with the Millionaire Home Inspector Community. The Millionaire Home Inspector Community is an organization of Home Inspectors focused on the development and expansion of home inspection businesses. Members of the Millionaire Home Inspector community are using the continuing education process to enhance relationships with the real estate community by adding value to the educational content they make available to real estate agents in their offices. All states require that real estate agents earn continuing education credits to maintain their licenses.
This spring, Preferred Systems, Inc. partnered with a number of community organizations in the Erie area to educate local children on the negative consequences of gambling addiction. The culminating event was a play starring students from the Erie School District. The play, titled, “The Luckiest Grandpa” was based on a short story called, “The Luckiest Grandma” taken from the “Wanna Bet” curriculum.
